What started as a personal activity in leadership and professional development planning and execution for Abby, DLL has evolved into a platform of personal and professional development workshops, as well as women's retreats and workshops. The goal is to help women and minorities re/discover their inner genius—while also being challenged and equipped to grow, lead boldly, and align their lives with purpose.
With nearly three decades as a senior executive at a global Fortune 50 communications technology company, Abby brings a teaching style and deep expertise in leading complex organizations at scale. Yet, it is her warmth, wisdom, and passion for human development that truly set her apart.
